Who we are

Illinois Solar Products is a company focused on Solar Powered lighting for numerous applications that work very well in the Midwest. We are a distributor for several US Manufacturers of Solar Lighting Products. We strongly believe in Solar Power and the need to be more Environmentally aware. Some of the many applications are listed to the left with photographs. We also sell small solar products for home use. These are also listed.

One major change in the Solar business is the increased use of LED’s in place of fluorescent and incandescent bulbs. LED’s continue to drop in price, are very stable, last much longer than regular bulbs and are ideal for low power applications such as Solar. In this industry they are the next big thing and are already showing up in many applications.

Solar Lighting is seeing some widespread use overseas and is just starting here. The industry is changing rapidly as the cost of Photovoltaic modules keeps dropping. More and more uses are coming on line every day. The manufacturers we represent carry a wide range of lighting products to meet almost any application.
